1. Who we are

Фолт Лабс ЕООД (“Folt Labs”, “we”, “us”) is a software development company registered in Bulgaria. We operate the website foltlabs.com.

2. What data we collect

Contact form — when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message content.

Analytics cookies — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, referral source). No personally identifiable information is sent to GA4.

Vercel Analytics — our hosting provider (Vercel) collects aggregated, anonymised traffic data automatically. No cookies are used by Vercel Analytics.

3. How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your data with third parties.

Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing contact form data: legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics cookies: consent(Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — only activated after you accept cookies.

5. Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and data portability.

To exercise any right, email alex@folt-labs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

7. Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
